The Logistic Supporting Section is in charge of the final stage of export affairs for machinery and equipment, plant, and parts for these that are ordered and under contract by the overseas customers of our sales department and ITOCHU Corporation.

We fulfill the role of bringing sales activities to a conclusion by preparing the shipping documents needed for exporting (export customs clearance and bank transaction documents, documents forwarded to customers), obtain export authorizations, obtain consular visas of export destination countries, preparation of materials for customs briefing, and customs clearance affairs, etc.

In addition, we perform shipping-related estimates, discount negotiations (shipping charges, overseas fares, air freight charges, cargo insurance fees, etc.)

In addition to handling our own shipping affairs and those of ITOCHU Corporation, we also render this service for other companies (e.g., Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Kawasaki Heavy Industries, Yutaka Manufacturing, and others).
